Terms & Conditions of jeetbuxx

1. General Terms

1.1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeetbuxx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the jeetbuxx website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeetbuxx platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player or a visitor browsing the site — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetbuxx with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The jeetbuxx platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned net of any withdrawals already processed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jeetbuxx primarily serves players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not make any representation that the services offered on jeetbuxx are appropriate or available for use in locations outside our target market.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All players are required to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to request KYC documents at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jeetbuxx. Holding multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through a third party, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

To register an account with jeetbuxx, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You must not impersonate any other person or use false information during registration.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your account. jeetbuxx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information Obligation

You are obligated to keep your account information up to date at all times. Any change of address, mobile number, or payment details must be reported to jeetbuxx support promptly. Providing false or misleading account information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.4 Account Currency

All accounts on jeetbuxx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Transactions are processed in BDT. Where a payment provider applies a conversion, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply, and jeetbuxx accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeetbuxx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. jeetbuxx does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jeetbuxx accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team and are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of the request being approved, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within a few hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three working days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

jeetbuxx reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification and account review. In cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected, we reserve the right to withhold funds for a period not exceeding 180 days pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4.5 Failed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction. jeetbuxx will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours. Refunds for failed deposits will be returned to the originating payment account only.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers and bonuses available on jeetbuxx are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that your account is in good standing, that KYC verification has been completed or is in progress, and that you have not previously abused a promotional offer on this or any other platform operated by jeetbuxx.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jeetbuxx are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on excluded game categories (such as live dealer tables where specified) do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue or the date of first deposit, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically without notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jeetbuxx operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Patterns that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements; colluding with other players to meet bonus terms; and providing false account information to access promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may be permanently closed.

5.5 Modification of Offers

jeetbuxx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Modification of an active promotion will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts in good standing at the time of the change.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets offered on jeetbuxx, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are governed by the specific betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the settlement of that bet.

6.2 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by jeetbuxx in circumstances including, but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned without a conclusive result; a market being opened or settled in error; evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity; or a technical error causing incorrect odds to be displayed. Voided bets are returned as a stake refund to your main account balance.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on jeetbuxx use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. The outcome of all games is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by jeetbuxx or any third party.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game session or sports bet, jeetbuxx will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. jeetbuxx does not accept liability for losses caused by the player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

6.5 Maximum Payout Limits

jeetbuxx applies maximum payout limits on a per-bet and per-game basis. The applicable maximum payout for any single bet or game session is displayed within the bet slip or game interface. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit will not be honoured, and the excess amount will be voided. The maximum single withdrawal per transaction is ৳500,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the jeetbuxx payments team.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Player Obligations

As a registered player on jeetbuxx, you agree to use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. You must not use any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or to place bets on your behalf without the prior written consent of jeetbuxx.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account in your name or on behalf of a third party;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or payment documents during KYC verification;
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities;
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise interfering with the platform's software or infrastructure;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account or access the platform through your device.

7.3 Player Conduct

You agree to interact with jeetbuxx staff and other players in a respectful and lawful manner. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at support agents or other users will result in the suspension of live chat access and may lead to account closure at the sole discretion of jeetbuxx.

7.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetbuxx platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and written content, is the proprietary property of jeetbuxx or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from jeetbuxx.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jeetbuxx account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment account following completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

8.2 Closure by jeetbuxx

jeetbuxx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at our reasonable business discretion. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jeetbuxx reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through our support team or via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the account will be locked against deposits, bets, and bonus claims. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jeetbuxx will notify you by email prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to cover operational costs. The fee will continue to be deducted monthly until the account balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account. Players will always be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before dormancy fees commence.

8.5 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your jeetbuxx account, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to a formal internal review, which will be conducted by a senior member of the jeetbuxx management team within 14 business days. Our goal is to reach a fair resolution for all disputes in a timely and transparent manner.
